Asheville has been our home since 2005. We love it here because even though there are several acres of trees, creek, ( and bunnies, foxes, deer and every once in a while a bear) we are 2 minutes from shopping and restaurants and super centrally located. Brennen is a landscape painter and Sheila loves to read, sit in the hammock and pursue creating the world's most perfect lawn. We look forward to having you here!

Your keypad code will be sent to you at least 24 hours before your arrival.

Please contact us to request an early check-in or a late check-out. Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate your group’s unique travel schedule. Note: There is never an up-charge for pre-approved early arrival or late departure.

House Rules

Quiet Hours: Outdoor quiet hours are from dusk to 8 am. Indoor noise is not an issue as the walls between units are incredibly well insulated. As long as the fun moves indoors after-hours noise isn’t a problem. Thanks for being courteous to our neighbors and other guests. 😊

No Smoking: Asheville Retreats is a non-smoking vacation rental. Please do not smoke inside. For guests who do smoke, please smoke outside in front or on the back covered porch.

No Pets: In the interest of guests with allergies, pets are not allowed at Asheville Retreats.

Back Acreage: The steep slope beyond the lower terrace level patio is full of blackberry brambles and poison ivy and is not safe for play. Please do not let children play beyond the back patio area. 😊
